- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, or Economics or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience in agreement consultation and management or in executive sales at a technology company.
- Experience in contract negotiations for IT sector products and services, contract drafting, C-level stakeholder management, and working directly with customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with facilitating and project management of enterprise agreements with customers and cross-functional internal business partners, solving customer concerns with education, deployment of common fallbacks, or bespoke drafting, as appropriate.
- Experience developing complex agreement structures.
- Knowledge of drafting complex agreements on the unique legal requirements of cloud contractual terms and conditions for two or more industries.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present investigative findings.
