This will be achieved through supporting the development of our team in providing technically defensible, and innovative water resources services to clients. Further to this, you will propagate a culture that values and supports solutions through sponsoring/engaging in Communities of Practice, and being globally visible and engaged.
You will be recognised for identifying solutions for clients that generate significant value, and will lead peer reviews of work completed by others. Significant client engagement will be required, devoting efforts to activities which will provide visibility of project opportunities, and assist and advise Jacobs to strategically secure key projects and programmes within the market. You will lead and mentor staff within the project environment, contribute to business and sales planning activities, and assist and advise on growth opportunities and innovation. You will be required to write proposals for, win and lead both complex and smaller water resources projects, as well as work collaboratively with other disciplines on projects lead by other disciplines.
- Knowledge and breadth of water services engineering, design and delivery
