Thefuture is what we make it. As a Sr ISC Project ManagementSpecialist here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for managing andexecuting projects related to the supply chain network. You will reportdirectly to the Sr Director ISC Operations and you will work out of our Austin,TX location. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving projectsuccess and ensuring the efficient and effective execution of supply chaininitiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to define project scope,develop project plans, and monitor project progress. Your expertise in projectmanagement will be instrumental in delivering projects on time, within budget,and meeting quality standards.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Manage projects from initiation to closure to ensure project objectives are delivered.
Work with sales to build demand forecast, supply plan and generate production orders.
Lead and support any quality and warranty issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the make the system lean and efficient.
Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues
Manage domestic and international shipping operations
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and guide U.S.PERSON REQUIREMENTS
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, (Supply chain or operations)
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
Strong thoughtful and data-driven mindset
