In this role, you’re expected to:
Ensure delivery of an effective program management strategy for International & Asia Early Career Analyst & Associate talent programs
Partner with internal business stakeholders across all levels of seniority on program management priorities ensuring they are aligned to business objectives
Coordinate International program strategies by collaborating with Global Product Early Career and HR partners
Lead the Asia Early Career Program Management team; managing a team of program management professionals based in multiple countries across Asia
Partner with HR including country heads and Global Product Early Career leads by business representing Asia when required
Escalation point for all HR, Compliance and Employee Relations matters relating to early career program participants
Oversee performance management processes for the team, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews.
Partner with Global and International partners, and Asia Learning Advisors to ensure effective planning and consistent delivery of graduate training programs
Support all Asia and Global program training programs being delivered
Lead on early career program management initiatives such as well-being, learning series, promotion programs and development workshops etc
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
8+ years relevant HR experience including Early Careers
Strong internal stakeholder management skills, with experience in building effective working relationships across all levels of seniority
Ideally experience in a large, complex corporate organization- open to industry background- Financial services experience not essential
Knowledge and experience working across multiple Asia countries in a regional and/or international capacity
Previous experience in a leadership role, managing a medium-large sized team, preferably across multiple countries
Knowledge of Human Resources practices across multiple countries is preferred, but not essential
Proven experience within the early career talent management space is preferred, but not essential
Proficient data management skills
