As the Global Subject Matter Expert HR Information Systems - Security you are the functionalexpert responsible for multiple processes and solutions, primarily connected with cross domainSecurity. You are the counterpart for both the Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and the regionalPhilips People Services (PPS) Centers, Philips Compliance and various auditing bodies orsocial partners. You act as a trusted advisor towards the CoEs and translate their policies intoan operational way of working in Workday, ADP and downstream systems, in the same timeguiding and training the PPS Centers. You manage changes from an end2end perspective,including the impact assessment on the process, way of working and Workday/ADP Globalviewsetup. You actively contribute to projects as for example: reorganizations, Security redesigns,updates and maintenance.
Next to the SME role, you actively contribute to continuous improvement and HR technologyprojects in close collaboration with your colleague SMEs, CoEs and other importantstakeholders, while combining your end2end process knowledge with Workday functionality
Partner with Centers of Expertise and Functionsto translate strategic objectives andpolicies into End2End processes and solutions.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the End2End process and solutionin scope.Manage stakeholders like regional HR shared service Centers, Centers of Expertise, HRBusiness Partners, HR administrators and IT to ensure a smooth deployment of thesolution. Support security audits in the space of payroll and Workday.
Manage changes to solutions(releases / upgrades), partner with HR country and regional specialists, perform impact assessments on the End2End process, ways ofworking and ensure an ease-of-use of the system. Maintain common process maps andrelated documentation and deployment to Regional HR shared service Centers.
Project Management:define and implement security improvement projects in line withFunctional requirements.
Provide training and guidancetowards counterparts in Regional HR shared serviceCenters (onboarding new joiners and refresh training to existing SMEs) about theEnd2End process and the system in scope (Workday/ADP).
Solution Specialists. This role is based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. You report into theGlobal HRIS Manager.
Expertise across HR processes, experience with end-to-end processes design andexecution,
Experience with working in international cross functional projects,
Experience with HR IT systems - Workday security configuration knowledge is a must,
High affinity with HR technology and solutions, data and governance,
Analytical and problems solving skills,
Strong communication and influencing skills,
Fluency in English and preferably other international languages.
