- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with manufacturing or supply chain operations.
- Experience in product quality and product development within hardware or consumer electronics (e.g., Phones, Tablets, Laptops, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with early product life-cycle phases (e.g., concept, definition, early prototypes).
- Experience analyzing customer insights, feedback, or return data to drive product improvements.
- Experience using data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of Quality Planning and Methodologies (e.g., DFMEA, PFMEA, DfX).
- Excellent investigative skills.
