What you'll do...
What you'll do:
Work closely with business partners and contribute your insights as you grow familiar with the domain.
Develop and maintain user interfaces for our Core-HR acceleration applications using reusable components and adhering to UX best practices.
Assist in the design, implementation, deployment, and support of front-end features. Ensure proper CI/CD pipelines are in place and actively participate in design and code review sessions.
Maintain high standards for metrics, logging, and cloud configuration frameworks to support operational excellence.
Drive features to completion and support them post-deployment, focusing on automation and maintenance.
Lead by example and contribute to a positive team culture.
What you'll bring:
Ability to implement big ideas with a positive attitude, contributing to the disruption of the industry.
Proficient in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, with a solid understanding of UX principles.
Experience with React.js, Redux, and GraphQL API.
Ability to build products with a focus on test coverage and quality, familiar with tools like Mockito and JUnit.
Hands-on experience with telemetry systems, APM alerting, and monitoring.
Familiarity with technologies used in scalable, distributed systems in virtualized cloud environments.
Commitment to best practices in development, code review, testing, documentation, and team collaboration.
Ability to troubleshoot live applications, assess performance bottlenecks, and manage applications running on Linux.
Interest in Workforce technologies like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, and full stack applications.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Figma and basic UX concepts is a plus.
