• Analyse complex financial and non-financial information, using your insights to navigate corporate and cash flow models.
• Craft compelling pitching and transaction materials, such as investment/credit memoranda, lender presentations, and term sheets.
• Engage directly with clients and coordinate with stakeholders, offering insightful analysis that makes a real impact.
• Conduct thorough market research, identify new transaction ideas, and share your findings with senior team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports for debt valuations and capital structuring reviews, contributing to our clients' success.
