Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ year(s) experience in software industry experience related to technology
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ year(s) working experience on customer-focused cloud computing technologies across Windows and/or Linux, with demonstrated experience in One-or-More of the following domains:
- Azure Core Platform: Compute, Storage, Networking
- Website Apps: IIS, Azure Web Apps, PHP, Apache, Tomcat, WordPress, etc.
- Identity and Authentication: SSO/Federation, AD/Azure AD etc.
Other Requirements:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years of software industry experience related to technology OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years of software industry experience related to technology OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ year(s) of programming/scripting/automation experience (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, Python, PowerShell and/or PHP)
- History of customer-obsession, including blog posts, how-to videos, troubleshooting guides, etc.
- Certification in Microsoft and/or competing cloud technologies.
- Ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence. Able to explain highly technical issues to varied audiences. Able to prioritize and advocate customer’s needs to the proper channels. Take ownership and work towards a resolution.

- Openness and ability to learn new skills and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
