Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in talent/leadership development, HR consulting, or HR
8 years of experience in talent and organization development strategies as a Center of Excellence head or as an HR Partner
Experience working with and advising senior leaders, delivering outcomes in a client-facing or consulting role
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s or PhD degree in leadership development, education, curriculum and instruction, or related field
Experience in People Development or Business HR Consulting
Experience in executive-level facilitation and consultation for a large, complex organization
Experience in design of organizational strategy and structure
Experience leading complex organization transformation work, across stakeholder matrix
Exceptional executive presence, including responsiveness, business focus, integrity, sound judgment, and ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands
