Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Operations, Business, Organizational Leadership, Adult Learning, Education, Instructional Design, Communication, or equivalent work experience, required.
- 3+ years of team leadership/management experience, strong history of developing & motivating talent
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant direct and/or intersecting experience with a corporate L&D organization, e.g., instructional design, adult learning, curriculum curation/development, and/or classroom delivery/facilitation. Formal education in Adult Learning a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to create development plans linked to people/organization goals.
- Superb communication/facilitation skills, incl. interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to partner with key/global stakeholders and executives in a matrixed environment.
- Sharp analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data for informed decision making.
- Ability to adapt under pressure, with positive and professional “customer-focused” attitude.
- Confidence in managing ambiguity.
- Consistent record of leading global, strategic projects, while executing tactically.
- Experience in program and/or project management with very strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Subject matter expertise in supply chain operations and/or business process re-engineering a plus
