As a Senior User Researcher, you will be tasked with planning, executing, and analyzing various qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives for design projects. This includes conducting in-depth interviews, usability testing, focus groups, field studies, diary studies, and customer satisfaction surveys. Your objective will be to gain profound insights into users’ needs and behaviors regarding our clients’ digital services. You will then provide strategic direction and user experience design recommendations to align with clients’ business strategies and product design plans. Additionally, you will articulate the advantages of user-centered design methods throughout the engagement process. The ideal candidate will be passionate, curious, and self-driven, possessing strong collaborative skills to work within a global multi-disciplinary team in a dynamic environment. You will lead user research efforts and continually enhance the team’s research capabilities. Experience in leading projects or research teams will be highly advantageous.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in user research.
• Relevant academic background, such as psychology, sociology, information management, mass communication, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in planning and executing user research, and articulating the benefits of user-centered design methods during engagements.
• Ability to conduct domestic and international market trend analysis and competitive analysis, and formulate corresponding product strategies.
• Capability to develop product strategy and offer impactful design insights through the fusion of user research and data analysis.
