Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing) and skilled in experience of direct sourcing strategies and proactive market mapping through online and interactive methods.
    • OR Bachelor's DegreeAND3+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing) and skilled in experience of direct sourcing strategies and proactive market mapping through online and interactive methods.
  • Sales and/or Engineering recruitment experience.
  • Fluent proficiency in English plus Mandarin and/or Malay languages, as the role will be supporting ASEAN region where these languages will be needed.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior leaders.
  • Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure.
  • A data-driven approach to Talent Sourcing, using insights and competitor analysis to support & consult business on their hiring decision.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively map organizations and markets to identify the best Engineering, Sales and Tech Sales talent and generate strong market knowledge and intelligence.
  • Build innovative and market leading candidate sourcing plans to attract the best talent to Microsoft.
  • Partner collaboratively across the Talent Acquisition team, and work very closely in equal partnership with Recruiters who will focus on engaging the Sourcing team for roles requiring niche, senior or pivotal searches.
  • Provide quality, customized and diverse long-lists and shortlists for open roles and pipelines / projects.
