Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing) and skilled in experience of direct sourcing strategies and proactive market mapping through online and interactive methods.
- OR Bachelor's DegreeAND3+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing) and skilled in experience of direct sourcing strategies and proactive market mapping through online and interactive methods.
- Sales and/or Engineering recruitment experience.
- Fluent proficiency in English plus Mandarin and/or Malay languages, as the role will be supporting ASEAN region where these languages will be needed.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior leaders.
- Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure.
- A data-driven approach to Talent Sourcing, using insights and competitor analysis to support & consult business on their hiring decision.
