Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
- Skilled in sourcing and search tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, local sourcing channels and alternative search techniques).
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience hiring across EMEA.
- Engineering, Technical or Sales recruitment experience is preferred for this role.
- A data-driven approach to Talent Sourcing, using insights and competitor analysis to support business on their hiring decision.
- Knowledgeable in Talent Pipelines; a proactive talent supply strategy in anticipation of filling critical and recurrent positions.
- Broad recruiting background, preferably pan European and languages help (but are not essential), strong English language required.
