Description
You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and validation of sensing technology into Apple’s portfolio of products. You will work with a hardworking multifunctional team to generate and validate design concepts, and as the mechanical specialist you will be responsible for engineering analysis and documentation for your piece of the project.
Key Qualifications
- Hands-on experience designing for a production environment. High volume, consumer electronics, or sensing experience is a plus.
- 3D CAD experience is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to craft clear engineering documentation.
- Able to effectively collaborate with diverse team members and external vendors to define and achieve project goals.
Education & Experience
- BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
