- BS Required with 5 years minimum experience in transportation/logistics industry
- Should be systems literate such as TMS and/or sea freight management software, track and trace tools, as well as possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Formal continuous improvement background (Six Sigma or LEAN) with a focus on root cause analysis is highly desired.
- Experience in a fast moving industry (high tech, consumer electronics) is preferred.
- Ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment while demonstrating strong work ethic and a high degree of flexibility
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, where no communication leaves ambiguity for the recipient.
- Proficiency with data analytics and proven ability to analyze complex data sets and use insights to tell a clear and concise story to influence decision making.
- Ability to innovate inefficient processes by developing home grown tools (e.g. Tableau dashboards) that enable partners to focus on strategic initiatives.
