Minimum qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing a global network planning or acquisition function at a senior leadership level.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience working in organizational settings (e.g., shared accountability, matrix structures).
Preferred qualifications:
- Solid understanding of process optimization, program management, and cross-functional influence at a leadership level.
- Deep understanding of network technologies and the ability to engage in technical deep dives into design specifications of Google's network.
- Ability to lead and scale the organization by implementing best practices, identifying process gaps, and aligning across teams to scale horizontal processes.
- Ability to think strategically and execute with a sense of urgency, delivering services to meet Google's evolving needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to represent the organization at all levels, including executive leadership, industry conferences, and government relations.
