Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of project monthly reports, weekly change management reports and the program’s online dashboard
- Ability to create and update CPM schedules in P6
- Develop and evaluate major program cost estimates and extended budget projections to identify and quantify critical budgetary, cost, schedule, technical, and programmatic risk factors
- Review or Create contract Work Orders/Field Orders/Purchase Orders, independent cost estimates, requisitions, and other procurement functions as needed
- Participate in program/project progress and status review meetings
- Communicate schedule status on a regular basis via formal and informal meetings and reports
- Contribute to the development of new techniques and standards
- Independently apply advanced techniques and analysis
- Review vendor and CM invoices and pay applications
· NYC DEP Project Experience
· Substantial professional years of project cost controls and project/construction management experience
· Bachelor degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent relevant work experience
· Professional experience with Primavera P6 scheduling projects, programs, and portfolios
· Experience in cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management, risk management, cost analysis and variance analysis
· Ability to develop and evaluate major program cost estimates and extended budget projections to identify and quantify critical budgetary, cost, schedule, technical, and programmatic risk factors
· Experience building and maintaining Primavera P6 resource loaded schedules
· Experience building and maintaining Primavera P6 cost loaded schedules supporting forecasting and multi-year planning
· Program or Construction Management related experience · PE, CCM, PMP or related certification a Plus
