Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space.
Experience engaging with, presenting to, and building relationships with executive leaders.
Experience identifying Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) use cases to solve customer challenges or selling customer experience technology to clients.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors
Experience in promoting AI technology stack.
Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed technology into the product set.
Familiarity with Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI offerings.
Ability to connect AI/ML with business value and engage executive stakeholders as an advisor and thought leader.
Ability to drive business growth across a broad set of industry-specific AI/ML use cases.
