As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Play an integral role in new business pitches, foster long-term relationships, act as a catalyst in negotiating business terms to achieve enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet solutions and deliver meaningful results for all parties involved.
  • Effectively on-board new clients and proactively focus on growing and developing existing accounts.
  • Generate a robust sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver contract bids, proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and Statements of Work that reflect our commitment to excellence.

  • A self-motivated, independent thinker who can see deals through the whole sales cycle.
  • Minimum 8 years network security experience selling to Enterprise, Commercial, Public Sector or Service Provider segments.
  • Exceptional business acumen and solution selling skills.
  • Successful track record in designing business solutions and GTM strategies.
  • Proven execution of sales processes and methodologies (MEDDPIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
  • Strong sales activity and aptitude to accurately forecast pipeline, experience in SFDC highly desirable.
  • Cross security vendor experience is preferred.
  • Focused on driving new business growth and increasing market presence.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor for SecOps (SOAR, SIEM, EDR, AIOps, etc.) and related technologies.
  • Strong communicator articulating offerings and associated value to customers and partners.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Channel, Account Managers and Solution Engineering).
  • A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability.
