You will have the opportunity to support, develop and manage scopes of service and the delivery of quality transportation projects on-time, within budget and ensuring the satisfaction of the client’s goals and needs are met. We’ll ask you to act as a liaison between disciplines and serve as a single point of contact.
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience with design build transportation projects
Substantial progressive experience with large Highway/Bridge design projects
Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio, or the ability to obtain Ohio license within 6 months
Previous leadership experience and comfortable mentoring junior and mid-level staff
Excellent time management skills
Local to Cincinnati, Ohio or willing to relocate
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• DBIA Certification
• Previous experience working with Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT)
