What you'll do

As a Working Student (f/m/d) in our Sustainability Customer Adoption Unit (SCAU), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adoption of our sustainability products.

• Maintain and improve the documentation of customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with different stakeholders in the company to stay updated on latest customer project statuses.
• Create regular analytics and gain insights about current customer status.
• Involve in discussions and decision-making regarding sustainability strategies and initiatives
• Support the SCAU team in delivering its strategic agenda.
• Data quality and management in the Sustainability CRM.

What you bring

• An ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
• Pursuing a degree in (Computer) Science, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with software industry and market for sustainability solutions would be an advantage.
• Experience with the MS Office 365 suite preferred – besides Excel, PowerPoint and Word especially also with “Lists”, “PowerBI” and “PowerAutomate”.
• Proficiency in English is required, knowledge of German is a plus.
