Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
4 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Performing incident management, preferably within a manufacturing data or operations environment for big data, cloud-based and containerized solutions.
Using knowledge of manufacturing data processes, infrastructure, and key contacts within the supply chain to troubleshoot issues, assess platform performance, and maintain and optimize overall platform health and functionality.
Using operation tools for documenting, escalating and reporting on active and closed incidents.
Using big data technologies and their application in manufacturing data environments for identifying and optimizing platform inefficiencies.
Setting up proactive monitoring and alerts mechanisms to identify issues proactively and minimize disruptions to the business.
Performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions to ensure platform minimizes same-fault outages.
Leveraging platform analytics, including Kibana, Tableau, AppDynamics, to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and resilience in the platform.
