Preferred qualifications include an MS degree in a systems engineering field, plus 15 years' experience delivering on complex high-tech engineering programs, ideally in semiconductor capital equipment, with at least 5 years' leadership experience. Specific beneficial experiences include hands-on use of mechanical CAD and enterprise PLM systems, leadership of product lifecycle programs, and the interpersonal skills to navigate productively in a multi-discipline,multi-organizational,multi-product, and multi-regional environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 8 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 12 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 15 years. The highest degree should be in a systems or related engineering, science, or other highly technical field.
