What You'll Do
- Build our global sponsorships portfolio by developing a cohesive strategy that drives local goals, optimizes for synergies across regions and lines of business, and supports long-term corporate strategy
- Analyze internal and external data to derive insights and identify key target audiences across multi-markets that have high affinity for our categories and relevant verticals
- Develop a strategic framework to evaluate inbound opportunities in a consistent way
- Create a standardized scorecard and measurement process that assesses individual properties as well as the aggregate portfolio to translate brand impact
- Manage relationships with agency partners, properties, and serve as our internal marketing teams’ liaison with external parties
- Lead competitive audits and insights reporting to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities and proactively make recommendations
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years in relevant work experience ideally in sponsorships strategy, consulting, consumer analytics and insights
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Strong eye for detail with ability to manage a complex, global portfolio
- Demonstrated track record of critical thinking and robust project management
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with high degree of ambiguity
- Bachelor’s degree

- MBA degree
- Experience leading sponsorships strategy in-house and on the agency side
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$157,000 per year - USD$174,000 per year.
