Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks
Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework
Participate in collaborative initiatives across the Americas Client business, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
Provide support, unbiased advice, analysis and actionable recommendations to key business partners
End to end ownership and management of business priority projects
Partner with other business-aligned functional areas (Client Service, Marketing, Legal, Risk & Controls, HR, Compliance, Technology and Operations) with respect to change management initiatives
Collaborate with BM counterparts across each business on various projects
Prepare senior management for internal and external meetings through presentation & content creation, agenda coordination, speaker preparation and logistics coordination
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry, with exposure to Asset Management
Excellent presentation and communication skills: delivering messages clearly and succinctly with tailored approach depending on target audience
Ability to build strong working relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including executive management
Strong project management skills, with emphasis on controls and focus on process improvement
Excellent analytical skills
Pro-active and problem solving mindset with ability to identify, clearly present and implement solutions
