Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and oversee two primary leadership development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and equipping participants with skills for high performance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify leadership development needs and design tailored programs to address these requirements effectively.
  • Create and deliver engaging, impactful training sessions, workshops, and other learning experiences.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and implement adjustments to enhance outcomes.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth and successful program execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in leadership development, integrating innovative approaches into program design.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on program management, instructional design, and vendor and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with leadership theories, models, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification(s) in learning and development, instructional design, leadership development, or coaching.
