Global Subsidiaries Group (GSG) serves selective number of world leading corporations that demand the highest standards and world class quality coverage. The Relationship Manager (RM) will be responsible for a portfolio of Multinational Corporate Subsidiaries based in Turkey.

Responsibilities:

-Perform financial and operational investigations, including credit, foreign exchange, cash management and trade services, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction

-Ensure full connection with all compliance and risk management policies.

-Improve knowledge of clients' needs from information sharing, and regular client calling program.

-Partner with product specialists to drive overall client satisfaction, build client loyalty, and respond to client escalation issues.

-Understand the dynamics of the local financial markets, banking industry and regulatory environment.

-Manage clients’ expectations and effectively engage in difficult discussions with clients.

-Partner with Product Partners and Relationship Managers to perform various activities for Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, including timely origination, monitoring, renewals and completion across all product and marketing levels.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience of 5 to 7 years in banking or financial services with client management and/or sales responsibilities
• Consistently client focused and results oriented
• Proven planning, negotiation and analytical skills
• Demonstrated information resourcefulness and a high level of attention to detail
• Consistently demonstrate follow-up and organizational skills
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven planning, negotiation and analytical skills
• Consistently demonstrate a professional attitude
• Strong computer skills with experience working in Windows environment (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Turkish and English

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
