Description
• Leading Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations team in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps.• Drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations and OEM teams.• Plan capacity and lead factory equipment budget.• Handle component readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost.• Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supplychain teams.• Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness inpursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality• Leading all communications, upward and downward through the organization; raisingkey issues and options for resolution with executive teams.
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing, process engineering, supply chain, and/or product development
- Results oriented and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management
- Ability to travel up to 30-35%
- Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $119,900 and $181,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
