What you'll do

This role involves handling invoice processing and communication, focusing on dedicated processes and tasks related to incoming vendor invoices and vendor onboarding. You are ready to work with the standardized finance processes, and you welcome changes, being prepared to participate in our finance transformation journey. The responsibilities include:

• Posting incoming vendor invoices and communicating with colleagues in the scanning room and P2P department through various channels (personal interactions, emails, Teams, and Ticketing system).
• Sorting, scanning, and uploading incoming invoices into the ISP workflow system, ensuring they are organized and archived according to local standards, with regular monitoring and quality checks.
• Managing and verifying the accuracy and completeness of supplier documents and data.
• Communicating and cooperating within a global team, facilitating smooth workflow and process improvements.
• Reporting project progress and successes to management, contributing to the overall finance transformation journey.

What you bring

• Excellent written and spoken English skills (Czech is an advantage) for effective communication with various stakeholders.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written documentation skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in virtual and intercultural teams, demonstrating teamwork qualities with a focus on shared responsibility and tasks.
