Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth of Imaging business in Indonesia market. Provide leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to drive sales in Indonesia
- Responsible for determining market potential, align territories, prioritize opportunities, and optimize resources
- Provide leadership to achieve sales, orders and margin targets for GE Healthcare imaging sales in Indonesia. Conduct accurate monthly and quarterly forecast, achieve account penetration and complete territory coverage.
- Ensure Sales Team efficiency & effectiveness. Invest, Train & Develop the team consistently to drive optimal growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitions and accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare Imaging products & services
- Managing sales to or through partners and distributors, may include channel sales support and channel development duties.
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of GEHC imaging products and business of the assigned areas, including customers’ key initiatives and priorities.
- Target, get access, builds relations, develop a business strategy and maximize business opportunities for GE Healthcare imaging businesses, products & services.
- Influencing and leading all business partners for smooth collaboration in order to deliver solutions meeting customer expectation.
- Proactively build network with government bodies and Key Opinion Leaders as well as deep understanding of healthcare structure/players in assigned territories/accounts.
- Develop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high quality interactions with customer management, and development of long-term customer relationships.
- Follow GE policies, procedures and Operating Mechanism. Proactively participates in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as directed by management. Ensure knowledge of and compliance of integrity and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 8 years selling experience in medical, healthcare, or technical field or Life Science field.
- Experienced in Sales / Marketing in progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market and decision makers
- Experience understanding customer needs and business drivers and using this knowledge to develop account plans and strategies (knowledge of the existing account areas/channels would be advantageous).
- Demonstrated business management and resources allocation skills including business plan development
- Demonstrates ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales solutions
- General Finance knowledge, able to understand and analyze accounting reports, profit & loss, budgeting, and forecasting, etc.
- Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture within a highly matrix environment
- Proven track record in relationship building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills
- Self-starter, able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload
- Willingness to travel
