The Operations Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices. The overall objective of this role is to facilitate the clearance, settlement and investigation of transactions.What you’ll do:

• Management of day to day activities amongst a team of intermediate analysts ensuring appropriate coverage and prompt response times to requests
• Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation
• Process various tasks, including calculating net asset value, reconciling cash and holdings, and pricing securities
• Offer advanced solutions for assigned processing areas
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff
• Oversee the set-up of new hedge funds and acting as the analytical and procedural expert
• Formulate procedures, techniques and contribute to the development of new techniques that increase team productivity, ensuring entire team meets or exceeds performance goals
• Serve as an analytical and procedural expert, and as first point of escalation for staff members, management and internal/external clients

What we’ll need from you:

• Previous relevant experience
• Previous people management experience
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skill
• Data Analysis
• Stakeholder management

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
