What you’ll do:

• Build out new data control and income & expense processes relating to the opening of new clearing flows with new exchanges and product offerings
• Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation of basic trade processing procedures and industry standards
• Offer advanced solutions for assigned trade processing areas
• Execute securities transaction processing
• Formulate procedures, techniques and contribute to the development of new techniques that increase team productivity, ensuring entire team meets or exceeds performance goals
• Serve as an analytical and procedural expert, and as first point of escalation for staff members, management and internal/external clients
• Identify control gaps during settlement cycle and implement appropriate solutions to mitigate any risk or control losses

What we’ll need from you:

• Finance experience preferred
• Experience in a reconciliation/remediation
• Previous people management experience advantageous
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Data Analysis
• Stakeholder management
