You’ll be a key partner in taking our sales operations to the next level. Working directly with Sales, Revenue, and cross-functional leadership, you’ll help drive successful sales strategies and positive interactions with advertisers. This is a key role where you’ll be using data and analysis to help deliver on ambitious sales and revenue goals.

Role Responsibilities

  • This role will lead the development and ownership of advertiser reporting for client meetings and internal performance evaluations

  • Own a reporting suite of performance views to be shared in advertiser meetings

  • Own internal reporting to evaluate individual program performance

  • Create custom reporting for specific enterprise advertisers

  • Automate meeting deck updates to support the increase of advertiser meetings

  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure data remains accurate

General Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive investment plans aligning with business objectives and growth projections

  • Build business cases and conduct analysis to assess the potential and performance and of R&D investments

  • Create and manage financial models to forecast product level revenue and ROI metrics

  • Work closely with Sales, Growth, and Product teams to understand and influence revenue impacts from operational strategies

  • Partner with talent acquisition and department leaders to ensure effective execution of growth plans and delivery goals

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team progress and delivery against commitments

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide real-time visibility into portfolio performance

  • Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including: IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability

  • A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics

  • Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity: He/she should be a tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business

  • Solid people leadership experience: Ability to build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team, as well as business partners across the enterprise. He/she should foster innovation, drive critical decisions, hold business partners accountable, and be able to consistently deliver results

  • Strong executive communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Clear results orientation: display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals. He/she should be able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment

  • Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. Previous consulting experience is a plus

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)

  • At least 1 year of experience in analysis

  • At least 1 year of experience in SQL querying

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering

  • 1+ years of experience in Statistical model building

  • 1+ years of experience in market research

  • 2+ years of experience in SQL querying

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis

  • 1+ years of experience in consulting

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
