The PPM teams scope includes capital Planning /continuous planning, portfolio management & reporting, financial analysis & management, resource planning, project management support, and change control board management. This is a global role that requires supporting and partnering with teams based in the US, EMEIA and APAC.
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
- 5+ years of PMO and/or project management experience
- Success in leading multiple priorities, delegating, and establishing plans and processes to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Best-in-class communication, presentation and facilitation skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, thorough, flexible and resourceful leader with strong analytical skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of leadership or team management experience
- 10+ years of PMO and/or project management experience
- Track record of developing effective and inclusive teams of experienced employees.
- Strategic thought leadership, innovation, and effectiveness in gaining trust, negotiating, and influencing others to drive meaningful change
- Experience researching, leveraging, and promoting adoption of technologies/PPM tools (MS Excel required; AIML & PPM tools experience a plus, including Wrike, Clarity, Miro, etc.)
- Strong understanding of business and operational environments.
