Responsibilities:
Utilize our test environments to perform User Acceptance Testing and troubleshoot Canvas system issues
Engage with Talent Acquisition, Tech and Product teams and/or HR partner groups to define acceptance criteria, perform proof of concept and regression testing, and build out testing timelines
Create and maintain job aids to assist recruiters with system steps and procedural guidance
Facilitate demos of the tool to stakeholders and run ad hoc trainings as needed to Recruiting partners
Creating unique and robust test plans ensuring all acceptance criteria is captured
Perform bi-annual regression testing, leveraging Kainos, an automation testing tool
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of User Acceptance Testing experience
At least 1 year working in a HR or Recruiting environment
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of process management experience
1+ year of training experience
Experience Working in an Agile environment
Proficiency with GSuite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated customer service skills, attention to detail and decision making skills
