Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Work closely with the HR and GBS Payroll teams supporting EMEA region
- Creation and upload of content (e.g. FAQs) into newly setup intranet (payroll subpage)
- Review and triage of new ServiceNow employee queries
- Creation and running ad hoc ServiceNow reports
- Export data from SAP ECC for reconciliation purpose
- Analysis of employee master data (SuccessFactors reports)
- Support automation projects (e.g. testing new macros)
What We Are Looking For In You:
- Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English (C1), any other language is a plus.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Advanced analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong ability to create and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
