This role involves content creation, branding support, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure effective messaging and engagement across various platforms.Key responsibilities include managing the InfraOps official sharepoint, producing high-quality digital content, supporting branding initiatives for data center hiring, and assisting with the trainee program. The associate will also play a critical role in social media execution, PR coordination, and storytelling by gathering insights and testimonials from internal teams.Key job responsibilities
- Manage the InfraOps SharePoint by creating, curating, and publishing high-quality content
- Assist in the operation of the trainee program, including scheduling, content development, and participant engagement
- Support the production of branding videos for DC hiring initiatives, from concept development to execution
- Design and create engaging digital content for internal and external communication, such as infographics, promotional videos, and presentations
Assist with social media strategy and execution for InfraOps-related initiatives to enhance brand awareness- Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize engagement strategiesAbout the team

- Bachelor’s degree or higher

- Fluent in both English and Korean
- Experience in planning and managing content across various channels such as blogs, newsletters, and social media
- Strong computer proficiency and technical skills
