Key job responsibilities- Assist with sustainability-related projects, including waste reduction initiatives in data centers
- Identify inefficiencies and propose process enhancements to improve operational effectiveness
- Conduct research and benchmarking to adopt best practices for process improvements- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to Kaizen activities to ensure best practices are documented and implemented
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to track progress on improvement initiatives

- 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals

- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
