• Work with engineering, product management, operations, marketing, legal, etc. to deliver the Hiring solution, globally.
• Manage complex cross team programs from ideation to delivery.
• Create transparency and predictability with roadmaps, planning, and partner management.
• Manage delivery schedules and emergent tasks while mitigating risks, managing tradeoffs, and eliminating blockers.
• Participate in architectural decisions, surfacing and mitigating technical risks, driving complex integrations with internal and 3rd party solutions, retiring technical debt, and identifying. opportunity to create operational efficiencies.• Drive alignment with leadership in recruiting and partner tech teams.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Post-graduate Degree in Computer science/Math or related field
• Experience in delivering Amazon-scale systems
• 10+ years of executive communication. Effective written and oral communication with multiple levels of leadership involving both business and technical sides of the business
• 3+ years delivering AWS-native solutions
• Experience with domain-driven design, micro-service and event-driven architectures, CI/CD engineering practices
