- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in Software Development.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), LLM Operations, prompt engineering, pre-training, and fine-tuning.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, while navigating ambiguity throughout the process.
- Excellent software engineering program management skills (i.e. project and issue tracking, release/ risk management, etc.).
- Interest in the Learning and Education space.
