You are responsible for
- Business management
- Portfolio Management and Product Management
- Driving Strategic Initiatives to grow business
- Designing Marketing campaigns
- Driving Sales enablement initiatives
- Working closely with Global and Market counterparts
- Driving functional alignment to enable various initiatives
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- MBA from a reputed Tier 1/Tier 2 institute preferred
- Work experience of 8+ years
- Experience of working in medical device industry (added advantage)
- Strong financial acumen along with PnL management skills
- Ability to work in complex and ambiguous situations
- Ability to work with functions towards a common goal
- Ability to work closely with sales and customers
