Knowledge Management Data Analyst for Gen AI and Search.

Job description :

We’re looking for people who are excited about:

  • Solve real-world problems using data science AI/ML.
  • Learn Customer Support and Service processes and how Gen AI solutions can help in this segment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing the existing Knowledge Database of 30,000+ articles.
  • Developing AI/ML model for identifying duplicate KB articles.
  • Validating the model, assess model for accuracy and confidence
  • Setting up regular intervals to model learning with new increment data
  • Analyze the performance and the feedback of the search results shared by the Customer Support Gen AI (RAG) solution.
  • Identify the content gaps in the Knowledge Database which is the Data Corpus for Customer Support Gen AI solution and make recommendations.

The Successful candidate must:

  • Candidates must be in enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s, preferably in Computer Science or Data Science, graduating December 2025 or later.
  • Have project experience using AI/ML models
  • Strong programming fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python

  • Demonstrated track record of taking initiative and being resourceful
  • Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems
  • Strong communication skills, especially written

Minimum Salary: $66,399.84

Maximum Salary:$95,450.37

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $66,399.84 and $95,450.37/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
