• Build and maintain tools to supervise and support sophisticated storage systems like PFS, ZFS, and XFS .
• Solve and resolve performance, reliability, and configuration issues in large-scale environments.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to optimize system integration and efficiency.
• Deploy and customize both in-house and commercial storage solutions (e.g., Lustre ).
• Participate in system bring-up, validation, and performance tuning of hardware-aware software stacks .
• Chip in to automation frameworks and internal documentation for diagnostics and reporting.

• Strong programming skills in C/C++ , with scripting experience in Python or Bash .
• Deep understanding of Linux systems programming and kernel-level debugging .
• Hands-on experience with file systems like PFS, ZFS, and XFS.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus exporters) and benchmarking utilities (e.g., fio, dd).
• A genuine curiosity about computer hardware —memory hierarchies, NVMe, compression cards, and more.

• Experience with distributed computing environments and HPC clusters .
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Singularity) and cloud-based storage architectures .
• Familiarity with parallel programming (MPI, SLURM, OpenMP, UCX)

Minimum Qualifications
