KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bachelor’s degreefrom an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science,technology, engineering, mathematics
• Proven experience in advancedmanufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
• Strongknowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, andadditive manufacturing
• Experience with data analysis and statistical processcontrol
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strongleadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively incross-functional teams
