About the Role

Uber Eats is actively searching for an acquisition growth expert to drive consumer growth in Germany. In this critical role, you will develop and implement strategies that enhance consumer acquisition and retention for the business.

A key part of your role will include maintaining proactive relationships with various teams, such as Performance Marketing & CRM, Business Development and the Commercial organisation, ranging from Senior Leadership to Territory Managers, Finance BPs or our Product stakeholders. Leveraging your industry expertise, you will identify key growth opportunities and implement them with a focus on precision and a data-driven approach.

Early Lifecycle Experience:Obsess about improving the experience of our newly onboarded audience cohorts. Design and scale our processes across the entire early lifecycle, focusing on early retention strategies.

Forecasting & Performance Tracking:Forecast and set OKRs, design & evaluate A/B tests and monitor key metrics. Investigate the root causes of changes in performance metrics and provide strategic guidance to a variety of stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:You will coordinate various initiatives and projects across Service Partner Management, Restaurant Account Managers, Performance Marketing, Finance, Product, external Partnerships and other stakeholders, aligning goals, setting expectations and communicating your initiatives.

---- Basic Qualifications ----

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a competitive growth environment in roles such as: Performance Marketing, Data Analyst, Growth Hacking or Consulting

• Advanced knowledge of SQL with ability to leverage daily for query creation and building dashboards

• Executional excellence: you have a strong attention to detail, and plan and track your progress with OKRs

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated ability to influence and gain consensus with senior stakeholders

• Fluency in German and English
