Experience managing and developing sales teams, and ability to sell and propose creative technologies across various landscapes of key decision makers.
Experience in leadership in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, and ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance, CTV, AI-powered Video) and the key competitor landscape across traditional and digital brand media advertising.
Understanding of customer business objectives and ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments.
