Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

-Requisition Management:

- Process and manage procurement requisitions from various departments and regions.

- Coordinate with requestors to clarify requirements and resolve any discrepancies.

- Vendor Coordination:

- Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

- Maintain and update vendor information in the procurement system.

- Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions.

- Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate and analyze procurement reports to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Provide regular updates to management on procurement activities and performance metrics.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure alignment and support for procurement activities.

Qualifications:

- Experience:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a global or multinational environment.

- Experience with procurement software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

- Skills:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
