Job Summary:

In this role,Software Engineer Intern, R&D

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• With guidance, build performant and reliable Internet-of-Things software components with various technologies
• Trace code and understand the design of complex systems
• Add new features following original design logic and patterns
• Communicate & work with local and remote teams
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read/write/speak/listen in English
• Ability to master new technologies quickly

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience or interest in learning various programing languages and technologies, including but not limited to: Elixir, Javascript, Go, HTML, Vue.js, ..
• IoT related software development experience a plus, including:
  • Communication protocols (HTTP, MQTT, RESTfull, ..)
  • Cloud services (AWS, Azure, ..)
  • CICD tooling (Git, Docker, K8s, ..)
• Ability to self-educate about new technologies and trends
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and complex environment
• Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policies at all times
