In this role you will be responsible for:Supporting Instructors while encouraging their development.Developing Instructors' skills in both classroom and virtual delivery by using North Star observations, effective feedback, and continuing education.Encouraging continuous improvement by regularly monitoring and sharing standard processes.Demonstrating leadership by encouraging new insights and organizational innovation.Driving strategies for implementing training and organizational development initiatives.Building positive relationships with key partners.Ensuring high-caliber training is delivered consistently to our organization.
- Minimum of two years experience in training or quality teams
- Minimum of one year experience leading geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Minimum of two years of experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes.
- A proven track record in training within a customer support multinational company.
- Familiarity with the instructional design process.
- Excellent presentation, classroom delivery and facilitation skills.
